  2. अब कुकर मे तेल गरम करे और उसमे जीरा डाले जीरा चटकने के बाद लौंग काली मिर्च तेज पत्ता प्याज डाले और भुरा होने तक भुने.अब सारी सब्जियों को कुकर मे डाले और लाल मिर्च हल्दी पाउडर डाल कर मिक्स करे 2मिनिट भूनने के बाद उसमे चावल डाले 2कप पानी डालकर कुकर बन्द कर दे और 3सिटी आने के बाद गैस बन्द कर दे.
  3. गरमा गरम पुलाव तैयार है हरे धनिये की चटनी के साथ परोसे 😊
