- 10 cashewnuts
- 2 green chillies
- 4 tbsp curds
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp kewra water
Instructions to make to make Mutton Korma
- Heat oil & ghee in a pressure cooker, add the whole spices fry for a few mins, add the cleaned & washed meat fry till the colour changes of the meat.
- Add ginger garlic paste stir fry till raw smell is gone.
- In a bowl mix 2 tbsp curd,turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder & cumin powder, add it to the mutton and mix well fry for few mins add half cup water,cook on high flame till first whistle then on slow flame for 2 whistles then check if the meat is cooked
- In a blender add cashewnuts,fried onions, curds & green chillies and make a fine paste adding water if needed
- Transfer the cooked meat in pan,cook on high flame, add the fried onion,cashewnuts,curds & green chilli paste mix well. Add salt,garam masala powder and half cup water & kewra water. Cook for 10 to 15 mins.
